Bio

Austin Mooney is a writer and editor based in Chicago. Initially interested in comedy, horror soon became his focus, and the two forces mix throughout his work. His stories have been featured in the Black Hare Press annual horror anthology, Horror Tree’s “Trembling With Fear," Allegory magazine, and the horror podcast “What If It's True.”

Read his work:

Austin writes “fun horror” that tickles the senses. Blurring the line between real and imaginary, he loves to explore worlds where anything can happen and characters laugh in the face of terror.
